Peacock raises prices for the fourth time in four years
Peacock increased all its plans on August 18, 2026: Select costs $8.99/month, Premium $12.99/month and the ad-free Premium Plus $19.99/month.
NBCUniversal's streamer Peacock raised the price of all its monthly and annual plans effective August 18, 2026 — the fourth increase in four years.
The new prices
The ad-supported Select plan goes from $7.99 to $8.99 per month, Premium (with ads) from $10.99 to $12.99, and the ad-free Premium Plus from $16.99 to $19.99. Annual plans now cost $89.99, $129.99 and $199.99. New and returning subscribers pay the new rates immediately; existing subscribers from their next billing date on or after September 17, 2026.
First profitable quarter
The increase follows Peacock's first profitable quarter: in Q2 2026 the service posted about $189 million in adjusted EBITDA and ended June with 48 million subscribers. The wider streaming industry has been raising prices too — Netflix (March 2026), Paramount+ (January 2026) and Apple TV+ (August 2026) all increased their US rates this year.
